You will be billed for 6 Occurrences, 5 under the Option 2 rate of $85.00 plus the Option 1 rate of $45.00 for the 6th totaling $130.00 (the 1st call of 25-minutes is considered 2 occurrences, the 2nd is also 2 and the 3rd is also considered 2 occurrences, a total of 6. If you call 3 times within the same month, in which the 1st was 25-minutes, the 2nd was 18-minutes and the 3rd 20-minutes.
You will be billed for 3 Occurrences, under the Option 2 rate of $85.00.
If the number reaches 6, the first 5 is under Option 2 rate and the 1 is under the Option 1 rate. If the number of incidents is 2 or more within the same month, the Option 2 rate will take effect. If the number of incidents is 1 within the same month, the Option 1 rate will take effect. A simple 5-minute phone call or email response is considered an incident or occurrence.
